• No refunds after you open the product
• You can get a refund only when the  courier gives you the order, you can open the package and count the item 
• Contact our customer service team to request a refund

• exchange orders take up to 14 days to be processed.

   

  please make sure to check your order and be ready to receive it, because returns or exchanges have a 100 EGP fee once the courier leaves your address.
